The Leadership Team (LT) of the International Graduate School of Leadership oversees the strategic leadership and the day to day management of the school. The LT come together on a regular basis to discuss and make decisions on initiatives and issues with the purpose of determining the strategic, branding and operational direction of IILMAT.
