It is for the above reasons that Campus Crusade for Christ in Africa has taken seriously the vision for the International Leadership University (ILU) and the Great Commission of Ghana has set up IILMAT in in that respect. IILMAT (ILU Ghana) is committed to developing godly leaders of integrity who are equipped with competencies to spearhead holistic transformation in Ghana in fulfilment of the vision of the ILUs in Africa as a whole.
